March 27 Breakfast

I like this smoothie for breakfast. It contains raw spinach but you don't taste it.

3/4 cup nondairy milk (I use almond milk but soy is good too)
Very generous handful of raw spinach leaves

Blend milk and spinach until liquified.

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar or honey
3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Blend until smooth. Makes 12 oz.
