The small, local farmer's market (in Wallingford) is open every Wednesday afternoon for the rest of the summer. Today's haul included broccoli, spinach, asparagus, and apples.

I found this tasty liqueur in Scotland and bought a little bottle of it. I hoped to find it at home but the liquor stores in Seattle do not stock Glayva.

I made the beaded basket on the left last month with round seed beads. Then I tried it with cylinder (delica) seed beads. You get more detail with the delicas so I'll be using them when I make beaded boxes.
